Monogramming:
Most of our accessories may be monogrammed for an additional charge of $10.00 per item.  Please refer to the "Monogram" page of our website, or just give us a call.  Monogrammed items are final sale only and may not be returned.

Gift Wrapping:
Gift Wrapping is available for a charge of $5.00 upon request.  We will even provide a gift card with a personal message.  Please note that some oversized items can not be gift wrapped.  Please call us for more information.

Your Satisfaction is Important to Us:
For any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 20 days of purchase with original receipt and all merchandise tags attached and all packaging in the condition it was shipped.  Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase.  Shipping Charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping.

Pricing, Availability & Errors:
Each individual product description page will note the current availability of an item.  Although the information on this website has been checked for accuracy, occasionally errors may occur and are subject to correction.  If this should occur and affect a specific order, a customer service representative will contact you regarding the details.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Occasionally, the demand may exceed the quantity available.  If an item is out of stock or on backorder or if we are unable to fill any part of your order promptly, we will notify you immediately.  Most orders usually ship within 4 business days from receipt of order; however, based on the time of year, it may take up to 14 days.  Please feel free to email or call us if you have a question or need a RUSH order.  We try to accommodate as much as possible, without costing our customers extra shipping charges. 

Sales Tax:
Residents of Georgia add 7% State Sales Tax.

How We Deliver:
Rea Creations offers two convenient delivery options to locations within the Continental U.S.

Standard Ground:
Delivery of in stock items usually takes 5 to 14 days of receipt of your order. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, depending on availability, and therefore may arrive separately.  Estimated Shipping and Handling charges are listed in the table below.  Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via Priority Mail (USPS) Delivery.  You will be notified of any backordered items with an approximate time of delivery.

Rush Delivery:
In-stock items may be delivered Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select delivery. Surcharges will apply in these cases in addition to our regular charges listed in the table above. These charges will be based on size and weight of the shipment. Please contact Rea Creations for these rates.
